Did you try to purchase something on Wink and it’s not working the way it’s supposed to? 😬 Send us an email at support@getwinkapp.com with the following information:
1) Your Wink ID and username,
2) whether or not you are using the same device, account, and Apple ID as when you made the purchase,
3) if you’ve deleted the app after purchasing something,
4) if it’s a Wink+ issue, what date your subscription is set to expire and
5) any other information we should know! Our support team will get right on it.
