We know that app crashes are irritating but don't worry just yet! Here are a few troubleshooting actions you may take:
- First and foremost, ensure that you have a solid internet connection; switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see whether there is an issue.
- Delete and reinstall the application. This will not only update you to the most recent version of Wink, but it will also refresh your app experience, allowing things to operate more smoothly!
- If you are encountering problems with the Wink app for iOS or Android.
One of these should work, but if they don't, we're most likely experiencing some amount of service degradation and appreciate your patient as we try to bring back service.
