Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
How to Request a Refund from Apple App Store
Wink/Soda can't issue refunds for transactions processed by Apple, so you'll need to contact Apple with your refund request.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund"
- Select the reason for the refund, then choose Next
- Select the item you'd like refunded, then tap Submit
To request a refund from Google:
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture.
- Click Payments & subscriptions Budget & order history.
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.
- Select the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
- Click Submit.
