Verification

In order to get verified, you must have clear photos of your face on your profile, and then your submitted photo must match the given pose, as well as the face that appears on your profile. If you do not have photos of yourself on your profile, you will not be able to get verified. You may also face difficulties getting verified if you have photos of other people (such as celebrities) on your profile.

These are some of the most common reasons your account was not verified:

• Face isn't strongly visible inside the frame provided

• Face blocked or hidden.

• Lack of neutral facial expressions

• Setting too dark or too bright
